Mr. Philip Joseph Fadlallah provides legal advice and counsel to private and public corporations and entities, with a particular emphasis on commercial law, litigation, and arbitration. He has more than 30 years of experience in the legal industry.

With an extensive experience in various practice areas, Mr. Fadlallah has assisted numerous businesses around the globe in contract drafting, negotiations, arbitration, maritime law, intellectual property, tenders, mergers & acquisitions, legal audit and compliance, banking and insurance, establishment of companies, legal follow-up & management, financial markets, BOT, franchise, telecommunication, commercial transactions and corporate & real-estate matters .

Before joining Ibrahim Al Howishel Law Firm as Head of Corporate and Commercial Practice Group CCPG, Mr. Fadlallah started his career interning and practicing at the leading law firm in Lebanon, Assha & Khoury, before establishing his own firm in 1996 in Beirut, Lebanon. He also practiced simultaneously in Lebanon and France, in collaboration with his family company that was established since 1980. His experience as consultant for Lebanese and multinational companies covers Iraq, Libya, Egypt, Sudan, South Sudan, Tunisia, Morocco, Tanzania, Burundi, Rwanda, Djibouti, and Europe, notably in Russia and Finland, where he managed an international team of lawyers on numerous major private and public projects, including a BOT with the Russian government to make the Moskva River’s Waters drinkable. Currently, he represents both public and private entities, providing clients with legal services and consultancy to achieve their business objectives.

Mr. Philip Fadlallah holds a law degree from the esteemed Joseph’s University (USJ) in Beirut in 1989.
