
Mr. Philip Joseph Fadlallah
Head of Corporate and Commercial Practices Group (CCPG)
Mr. Philip provides legal advice and counsel to private and public corporations and entities, with a particular emphasis on commercial law, litigation, and arbitration. He has more than 30 years of experience in the legal industry. Mr. Philip has assisted numerous organizations around the globe due to his extensive experience in a variety of disciplines, such as contracts drafting, negotiations, arbitration, maritime law, intellectual property, tenders, mergers & acquisitions, legal audit and compliance, banking and insurance, establishment of companies, legal follow-up & management, financial markets, BOT, franchise, telecommunication, commercial transactions, and corporate & real-estate matters.
Before joining Ibrahim Al Howishel Law Firm as Head of Corporate and Commercial Practices Group CCPG, Mr. Philip started his career training and working at the leading law firm in Lebanon, Assha & Khoury, before establishing his own firm in 1996 in Beirut, Lebanon. He worked extensively between Lebanon and France, in coordination and collaboration with the family business that had been established there in 1980. His experience as consultant for Lebanese and multinational companies covers Iraq, Libya, Egypt, Sudan, South Sudan, Tunisia, Morocco, Tanzania, Burundi, Rwanda, Djibouti, and Europe, notably in Moscow and Finland, where he managed an international team of lawyers on numerous major private and public projects, including a BOT with the Russian government to make the Moskva River drinkable. Currently, he represents both public and private entities, providing clients legal services and consulting to achieve their business objectives.
Mr. Philip Fadlallah earned a law degree from the esteemed University of St. Joseph (USJ) in Beirut in in 1989.
