Mr. Ibrahim Al-Howishel is the Founding Partner of the Firm for five years and has more than 15 years’ experience in the legal field and services including experience with the local partner of international firms (i.e. Norton Rose and Eversheds). He also worked as a legal counsel at Suleiman Al Rajhi Real Estate Investment Company and was a key team member in the process of property title transfer to sons of Sheikh Suleiman Al Rajhi. He worked as a legal counsel at AR Riyadh Development Co. Throughout his career, he served as a legal counsel, handled numerous legal cases, and complicated disputes. He deployed his in-depth experience supporting family wealth governance and liquidation. He has direct hands-on experience and broad exposure to the real estate sector and its laws, he further handled the legal framework aspect in mega real estate deals. He also handled several real estate disputes and cases relating to ownership, right of use, and real estate development issues, contributed to an amicable settlement of many cases, relying on his outstanding negotiation skills and broad knowledge of Sharia, legal, and real estate laws.
Mr. Al Howishel holds a bachelor’s degree in Sharia from Al Imam University, and he received an associate degree in procedures and applied legal science from the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce.
