Mr. AlShathri heads the litigation department at Ibrahim Al-Hwaishel Law Firm and Legal Consultations. He also has more than ten years of legal experience and has handled many high-profile litigation cases for major clients in a number of areas including inheritance law, real estate usufruct rights and property disputes, construction disputes, bankruptcy and liquidation matters. He has provided legal services to many companies and businessmen, including Sheikh Sulaiman Al-Rajhi Real Estate Investments Company, Business Center for Economic Studies and a number of non-profit committees.
Mr. AlShathri holds a Bachelor degree in Sharia from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University and holds a Corporate Governance Officer certificate from the London University of Business and Finance (LSBF). He is a member of the Judicial Association and has participated in many conferences and specialized workshops.
