Mr. Almogbel is a licensed Saudi lawyer, and a senior associate in the corporate commercial practice group of Ibrahim Al-Howishel Law Firm. He is a seasoned lawyer and well trained in Sharia jurisprudence. He has advised numerous public and private sector clients on corporate and commercial law matters, including corporate governance, corporate compliance, corporate restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, and incorporation of Saudi and foreign companies. Mr. Almogbel is an expert in bankruptcy laws and procedures, and he handles a number of bankruptcy matters and financial reorganization for listed and unlisted companies in Saudi Arabia in accordance with the Bankruptcy Law, the Regulations of the Capital Market Authority, and the Saudi Central Bank regulations. He also advised clients on employment, arbitration, and restructuring of companies. Mr. Almogbel has previously worked in several international and local law firms, such as Latham and Watkins.
He holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Southern California, United States, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia law from Qassim University.
