Mr. Alfaryan is a qualified Saudi lawyer with more than 8 years of experience in Saudi Arabia. He started his career as a legal researcher at the Administrative Courts in Riyadh. Mr. Alfaryan’s litigation practice is focused on administrative, employment, financial, family, and other matters in Sharia and arbitration courts. He has extensive experience in commercial and corporate litigation, including bankruptcy of listed and unlisted companies in Saudi Arabia, SAMA, and CMA regulations. He provides legal consultancy to clients on general commercial laws and assists in establishing new local and foreign investment companies in accordance with SAGIA rules and regulations.
Mr. Alfaryan has a master’s degree in Private Law and previously obtained a Bachelor’s degree from the College of Law and Political Science at King Saud University in Riyadh. He regularly participates in legal seminars and conferences.
